Pros
The company embraces an entrepreneurial culture and there is great amount of freedom to define your own path and recommend changes. Peer groups are very strong and the mid-management down to staff levels of employees are great to work with. Ericsson corporate (parent) is very supportive of employee recognition programs. An industry leader - you will be on the cutting edge of broadcast and VOD technology.
Cons
Upper management is terrible. They are a mishmash of cultures and styles that has not developed a cohesive mission for groups to operate in. If you want to advance, don't rely on merit or recognition from local leadership - a lot of infighting at the VP level and execs are more interested in building relationships for their benefit instead of developing their teams. The company is constantly reorganizing - not necessarily layoffs but don't be surprised if your job or the org chart changes several times while you work there.
