      The environment is flexible and it is based on one's initiatives If you are an instructor and like to work at your projects completely alone, this is the good place for you.

      Cons

      The communication with co workers is minimal. There is extremely little or no cooperation at all among instructors and people working at the gym (front desk, other instructors, organizers,...)
