Pros
Great opportunity to work for a well-known brand. Great work-life balance, if they keep allowing employees to work remotely. Excellent employee support/resource groups (women, minorities, mental health, etc.) Co-workers are enjoyable.
Cons
The biggest problem is a lack of opportunity for internal advancement. There is no career path and no way to advance. Also, there is no way to earn a raise unless you get a promotion, and as stated, promotions are difficult to earn, due to a lack of career path. Pay is not competitive with other companies of similar size. Lots of employee turnover. Lots of new acquisitions, so there's lots of competition for a few spots.
