This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The management shows very poor responsibility and lacks professionalism. Employee support is almost nonexistent, and the response to employee concerns is extremely disappointing. Overall, a very poor experience in terms of employee welfare and communication.

pay slip and salary are on time every month as an SMP with Aramco, I have only worked with the HR team in Eram and they are doing a great job!

As an SMP I was not informed of the companies' policies, since I started with the company, I had to learn all the SMPs policies by asking every time I encounter a situation.
