      Pros

      Some smart people were hired.

      Cons

      Senior mgmt is inexperienced and arrogant. Terrible work life balance (unlimited PTO does not work) and the wrong people are promoted. Management only wants yes people and will lay off anyone w differing views - a very toxic and cult-like culture. What was once a great idea now has little to no future due to their inability to execute and pivot.
