Terrible training-like none. But then when you didn’t “get” the policies or procedures, you got in trouble. No accountability on the leadership side. When you received little to no training, the finger wasn’t pointed at the lack of training or leadership, it was pointed at you as being the problem. Expected to know a lot about a lot but not given the tools or resources to know it. Totally archaic Cliques (they wouldn’t let you into their clique but if you didn’t try to get into the clique you were labeled as not a team player).
