Chargebacks and lead cost became a problem. American greed. Can’t allow an agent to just simply make money. Will claim it’s your own business just because it’s 1099 but you report under multiple managers. Will sell you on how you can make six figures but half it goes to lead cost which the manager profits off you on buying their leads and a percentage from each sale. Provide free leads and help agents you wonder why only 8% make it in this business. Don’t boast about how only 8% of people make it in this industry. Higher ups make money because they sell you leads and get overrides as an agent and can easily go into debt.
