Working as part of the newly developing CSR Foundation team has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported by a faculty that’s not only calm and understanding but also deeply committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The leadership encourages open communication and genuinely values employee input, which makes it easy to share ideas and feel heard. The workplace is highly growth-oriented, offering opportunities to learn, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully to projects that align with both personal values and organizational goals. Since the CSR foundation team is still in its early stages, some processes are yet to be fully established. There’s a noticeable lack of standardized documentation and formal structure, which can occasionally lead to ambiguity in roles or coordination. However, these are natural challenges for any team in its formative phase and present opportunities for those who enjoy building systems from the ground up.
