Pros
40 hr. Work Week. Great Co-workers. ERP software was very detailed but worked! Excellent safety training (on-line). Good benefits, healthcare. Supervisors were open minded, accepting of suggestions, new ideas, individuality.
Cons
Requirement of safety training by service administrators, but no safety bonus (technicians took same training and got paid a bonus). Phantom "quality assurance" callers that waste your time when you are trying to close out for the end of the month - the busiest time! Overkill!
