I received a lot of positive mentoring from my Manager, the VP of Business Development who showed me - someone with not a lot of business experience (2nd year college student) - how to do Marketing & Appointment Setting. I helped the company over the Summer on a full time basis to earn money for my school tuition. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would love to work again at Equilibrium once I graduate college!

The tempo is fast paced, sometimes a challenge for someone not yet proficient in their role.

Company will keep you challenged in a positive way. Your efforts are always exposed. (Good or bad) which weeds out those who just want to collect a check and not perform. Very Team Driven. Growing your technical skills will increase your value and your pay. Management cares about the team and will lead you every step of the way. Clients are great and building lasting relationships with them is enjoyable.

You must be a go getter who is not afraid to ask questions about the process while training. (And after training) If you are someone who just wants a paycheck for minimal effort this is not for you. If you want to grow your skills and knowledge and know how to manage your time and know how communicate you will do great. Some past bad reviews come from: 1. Employees who worked here years ago during growing pains - long hours - now not as bad - this was true in the past but no longer 2. Employees who could not thrive with good time management or had lack of communication skills or lied about their skill level when hired. 3. Some bad reviews here are to punish the company for their own (past employees) short comings to scare people away from applying. This is sad because good people are missing out on a great opportunity. 4. Don't apply here if you are lazy.
