Pros
Benefits package was good and offered good vacation.
Cons
Pays below industry standard, and pay increases do not scale with the deliverables. Shift schedule was not good. The building lacks adequate ventilation and in the summer is very hot, often well above 30 Celsius. Understaffed and inadequate training for new staff. The brewery mostly makes non-alcoholic beer and RTD's on contract, most of which are of poor quality. High turnover on staff.
