Leadership is approachable and casual in the best way—supportive without being overbearing. There’s also a lot of flexibility and the work itself is interesting and engaging, which makes it easy to stay motivated and feel valued. In the US, it is a smaller team which means people get to contribute in many ways to drive the business forward.

There’s a lot of autonomy, so you need to be comfortable taking ownership.

while the remote-first nature of the company is understandable given the nature of our work, having more in-person gatherings would enhance the team dynamic. However, this year EE - North America held its first US conference, and I'm excited about the prospect of more events like this in the future.
