Everything is urgent all the time. There is no work-life balance at all. Company is trying to do too much with only a limited number of resources. Deadlines are arbitrarily set from the top without consultation with stakeholders. Nothing scales, everything keeps breaking, and management keeps pushing and pushing while sitting comfortably in their chairs. People work weekends all the time. Morale is always low. There is a shortage of real leaders here.
