Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth and personal development at Epsilon for those that want it. I feel that management cares about me as a person, is invested in my career growth, and treats as a valuable member of the team. Unlimited PTO and remote days are a huge bonus that adds to my overall happiness as an employee at Epsilon. I never feel as if I’m working alone as there are a bevy of resources and team members and cross teams that are willing and available to help me or cover while I’m out of the office.

Cons

Frequent organizational shifts have lately caused friction and tension on some teams. A bit unavoidable in a company this large, but Epsilon could have been more organized and buttoned up in their reorg. SVP level and above can be a little disconnected at times from the teams that are in the day to day on the company’s key accounts. Merit increases are pretty small unless you’re making a significant role change. Salaries between people in the same position are usually pretty different. Sometimes it can take a while to get promoted due to company reorgs. Can be challenging at times to be properly staffed on key accounts. Some key accounts are under-staffed while low revenue accounts are over-staffed. There needs to be an adjustment of headcount.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
