Pros
The job is very collaborative which is great if you are placed on a hardworking and welcoming team. Fully WFH and a little bit of flexibility with start/end times. Fun happy hours and team trips were always great to look forward to.
Cons
It's very difficult to advance your career here. When I first started, I was told you can be promoted to Account Manager within your first year if you are hitting/exceeding monthly metrics. As time went on, the possibility of a promotion kept getting pushed back for various reasons, none of which were a result of my work. I continuously exceeded monthly metrics, acted as a leading resource to newer recruiters on our team, and showed a lot of interest in becoming an AM, but was never provided the opportunity. I was burned out for MONTHS but stayed because I really did want to build my career with Epitec.
