Pros

Co workers are amazing. The office view DT is pretty. 1 free lunch voucher per week.

Cons

Executives are disorganized, constantly contradicting themselves, and have zero accountability for delaying efforts or lacking internal communication. HR has the worst turn over rate I've ever experienced. The employee review process was an absolute joke. There's also no company culture. Don't count on promotions or raises...no matter what new responsibilities are being pushed onto your plate. Office policies changed. Expect to be in the office on required days or you'll be asked to use sick time. Horrible benefits. This company is too mature to be offering such measly benefits.
