Newer, growing company with a few growing pains.

There's like +90 benefits and everyone is going to have ones that they like most but I am very appreciative of the childcare, pet sitting, and elder care benefit. You get a lot of really support from the area leaders, to middle management, to the CEO. It's really hard to fail unless you just aren't motivated.

Growing pains are a common theme with new companies. It's really hard to write anything negative about the company.
