      Pros

      The community and atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The work is interesting depending on the department that you're in.

      Cons

      Management needs some work. Goals are often left unexplained and repercussions for bad management and work is not present. Additionally, the room for upward movement is almost non-existent.

      Fantastic culture, great experience, really good projects and people. I learned a ton working here

      I was only allowed to work 30 hours a week, but it was ok, that worked really well actually
