Pros
I saw working here as a great opportunity to learn...and i got the chance to learn but would never suggest to anyone such stressful way of learning... You getting info on interview that will have 3 month great full trainings but in reality you see first real training and last one just on 3 d month of working, and all 3 months you get trained by your more experienced colleagues and when they are busydoing their job you are on your own to search solution in database or finding someone who can give you at least any suggestion..many things you just need to learn from database and to try to not make too much mistakes doing your job. Some of my colleagues were great to work with.
Cons
FAVOURITISM POLITICS !!! By required trainings given by company on beginning for the same human rights for employees you think that these rules working here ...totally disagree when managers just choice who they like more and do for this person the best work conditions even this person don't do his work correct or good, he still don't know this work enough to teach other new coming colleagues or to be a right hand of manager....It is very cruel place to work if company don't see people leave this company by pressure on them when manager decide everything, instead of employee, all what is written in Mutual agreement. IT is not Mutual agreement when HR even don't let read this piece of paper but ask you just to place your signature for that. Then they block your PC even not letting you to work this notice period !
