Pros
As a position straight out of college Epic is awesome. I've met some great life-long friends through my time at Epic and have gained some great work experience. With this, the pay is good and you will get exposure to a lot of the health industry.
Cons
Your growth within the company is pretty limited. If you start as one role, odds are you're going to be leaving the company in that same role. They also work you pretty hard and expectations continue to grow the longer you work there.
