      Pros

      Great company. Impossibly amazing benefits, you will get pampered. Great money, great values, easy job (more or less). Do your work, get paied, eat cheese.

      Cons

      >40 hours guaranteed. You will do more than expected unless you slack off from the start, which just means you dont get further ahead.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
