Pros

- Work is fun, interesting, and fulfilling - Management may vary, but my personal experience has been very positive - Onsite working does have benefits (i.e. productivity, mental health benefit, community, team building) - Working with hard working, smart people is motivating. As a company, we genuinely make impactful change and you can feel like an important part of that. - Professional growth is good - Culture is intense, but it is fun and inspiring and not too “corporate”

Cons

- Employees hired direct from Bristol (UK) are paid less (about half) than those that have come from the US but expectations are the same. - Only a few WFH days a year and this is not flexible - Expectation of working longer hours than other jobs.

Pros

Impact: You are part of creating systemic level change for healthcare organizations. You get to be on site and work directly with providers and see how these changes impact their communities. People: Extremely smart and capable. I feel like I can rely on my team in a way I haven't at previous employers. New hires are entry level, so there's a strong community for people in a similar stage of life. Culture: Quirky but in a real, unique way. People are collaborative and celebrate shared accomplishments. The campus enshrines a very specific (and fun!) vibe. Location: Madison is awesome. Benefits: The health insurance is unparalleled. Sabbatical is a super cool perk too. Growth: A lot of autonomy and responsibility allows people to rise to the challenge. Stability: Solid industry, no lay-offs.

Cons

Remote work flexibility: 5 days a year
