Take good care of employees in general, great compensation if you are willing to work hard and are smart enough (but not too smart/smarter than what the job needs)
Cons
Tough to keep up if you just want to be a rank and file guy Growth is fast and causes pain in different areas There are new hires who cannot pull their own weights
