      Pros

      You have a lot of autonomy to do things the way you want and some ability to focus on things that interest you.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not respected at all. You will be expected to work both days of the weekend (12-hour go-live shifts) to get 1 recovery day.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
