Pros
Very good salary and benefits. Fun environment and beautiful campus. Willing to hire and train candidates right out of college from virtually any major. Work is challenging, engaging, and has lots of room to grow. Very strong corporate culture, and willing to put in the time to promote company unity. Travel perks like frequent flyer miles and hotel points are also cool.
Cons
Very high-stress and fast-paced environment. Lots of travel for project managers, so that can be hard if you have a family. Employees often put in 60+ hours a week. Employees are expected to be experts as soon as they are trained. Application Managers are sometimes assigned so many customers that they cannot give their Application Coordinators the support they need. Evaluation is also very subjective. I had a rough start with my AM and she was my sole source of feedback for my first year. Because she told my Team Lead that I wasn't ready for a second customer I never had a chance to get feedback from anyone else. Even though several other co-workers thought I was doing a good job, her opinion was the only one that ever seemed to matter, and after a year I was asked to resign.
