      Pros

      Limitless career opportunities if you're willing to work hard, which is easy to do if you buy into the culture because everyone around you is the best of the best.

      Cons

      Can be easy in the first few years to consider changing jobs to outside consulting for a pay increase. You have to recognize that long term Epic is a far better option.
