Pros
Very good pay, flexible work hours. Great job straight out of college. Stay for a few years or forever, the technology is old and out dated. The promise of working on web will likely never happen unless you get lucky.
Cons
Lots of bad leads that over-work their employees and delegate many tasks they should be doing themselves. Very little investment in growth, no technical track. Culture is combative rather than team-oriented.
