      - Great campus, arguably the best in USA - Compensation is good for the area - Opportunities for trips within USA and abroad (cons if you consider the long hours you need to put for these).

      - No career growth - Technology/Process is ancient and part of a parallel world - It is not clear what is the vision of the management
