Pros
Epic has a beautiful campus and has a great environment. Madison itself is quite a quaint and fun city and the company also offers great benefits. The company has friendly people and culinary is great and has plenty of choices in multiple areas of the campus. It's a great growing and learning experience especially for those straight out of college
Cons
For project management, work-life balance is extremely difficult to maintain, especially on multiple larger customers with lots of planned travel. Work never ends by the end of the day, and in order to balance multiple customers while traveling, working after hours is a must. Company culture makes this more of an expectation than choice. Management at epic are also typically tenured employees, which is great in the sense they understand your work, but also means many of them are not good people managers.
