      pay is great. 35% pay increase after year one

      Cons

      no work life balance and extremely stressfull. overtime i am sure it would be great but takes a long time to get to a point that doesnt feel like drowning and wasn't worth getting there for someone who doesnt enjoy that line of work

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
