- Very friendly people - Flexible hours - Pleasant work environment - The work is for a good cause - Employees are kept in the loop on company decisions -Entertainment on the job via the books
Cons
- Decisions made near the end of my time there had more focus on the bottom line then at the start. Has the potential to become more corporate with time. - Budgeting. All of the part-time staff were laid off because the company grew too fast to sustain, according to my manager.
