Pros
~ Great place to work for with an awesome culture and friendly coworkers. ~ Encourages new ideas and it's ok to commit a mistake if you try something new. ~ I wish Epic! was around when I am a kid. ~ Big diversity in the backgrounds of engineers and an open work environment. ~ Catered lunch once a week, snacks in kitchen with a nice espresso machine.
Cons
~ As we are growing really fast sometimes the work gets little hectic, but things are improving in this regards. ~ May be commute if you stay far away from Redwood City.
