This is a difficult thing to see, as it doesn't appear that this is the experience most employees experience. If you have concerns, we want to hear them. Perhaps spend time with our new head of product and share your thoughts on the product vision (they are very anxious to strengthen the roadmap!) also, if you can't share your concerns to your manager, perhaps contact the People team and share your thoughts there.
