The decline of this organisation began when the new owners started a radical expansion. Top management is incapable of such growth and no one knows how to lead change, and it is directly reflected in the employees. There are fine words and phrases, but in practice the contribution of individual employees is not valued at any level, they are treated only as resources and costs. In a small inner circle, arbitrary decisions are made and secrets are kept. The future of the Epassi product is completely up in the air, and no one seems to know which direction the core business (the product) should take.
Quite a mess, to be honest.
