New management does not yet understand the business, pushes people too hard without inspiration. Negative comments or pushback is seemed as a threat. Most decision-making entities seem to be all male panels with people of quite similar backgrounds, which is troubling since we are making products for a diverse customer base across Europe. The tech leadership is mostly coming from Hello Fresh which can be good, bad or neutral.
