Pros

NONE anymore. It used to be a company that valued people and had a mission but not any more.

Cons

The executive leadership team lacks clear direction and a coherent long-term strategy, which creates ongoing uncertainty and frequent shifts in priorities. Decision-making is often reactive rather than strategic, making it difficult for teams to plan or execute effectively. The culture is not particularly people-oriented. Management tends to operate in a top-down, authoritarian manner, with an emphasis on control rather than trust or empowerment. This can create a fear-based environment where employees are hesitant to speak openly or challenge ideas. Working hours are consistently long, with expectations that extend well beyond a standard workweek. Despite this, compensation is only average relative to market, which makes the workload feel unsustainable over time. Work-life balance is a significant challenge.

Thank you for sharing your experience and perspective. We recognize how frustrating it can be when an organization you once felt connected to changes in ways that no longer align with your expectations. Feedback like this is not taken lightly. We acknowledge that clarity of strategy, consistency in direction, and leadership effectiveness are critical to building trust and engagement. As our organization has evolved, there have been moments where change moved faster than our ability to clearly communicate the “why” or provide teams with the stability they needed. That is something we have taken intentional steps to address. Over the past period, we have been focused on strengthening how we lead and operate - investing in clearer planning and prioritization, leadership development, and more deliberate conversations around workload, expectations, and sustainability. We are also reinforcing accountability at the leadership level, with an emphasis on long term outcomes rather than short term reactions. We want to be transparent that our environment is not without challenge. The work can be demanding, and it requires adaptability and resilience. While many people find purpose and growth in this setting, we recognize that it may not be the right fit for everyone, particularly for those seeking a more predictable pace or structure. We appreciate the directness of your advice and the time you took to share it. Listening, reflecting, and improving are ongoing responsibilities for us, and we remain committed to building a culture where people feel heard, respected, and supported. We wish you continued success in your next chapter.

Pros

I read the previous reviews of the company and I wanted to ensure that future employees have not drank from the poisoned well. Enwave is a good place to work. You have employees there that have a slew of experiences and want to help out the new guy. If you are hired, you gotta know how to collaborate with everyone. Yes, those people skills will come in handy at Enwave. Here are the Pros: The people are nice and helpful. There is Overtime. Modern Equipment and continuous improvement. Safety is taken seriously Great team.

Cons

If you don't like overtime, this is not for you. If you anti-social, this is not for you. You want only a 9-5 job, this is not for you. Some sites are Union, sometimes is a bad thing. There are old equipment still, so you have to go Flintstone sometimes. Communication is not the best
