Pros

Flight benefits and guaranteed work.

Cons

Unorganized, No Training Program, Abuse of Workers (forced schedule changes, broken promises, abuse of worker rights, stealing hours/pay, demand performance without required tools/equipment), Company strips the power away from immediate leads/supervisors and makes decisions that hurt employees. Company makes part-timers work 5 days a week at 6 hours per day, which hinders use of flight benefits (which flight benefits are the biggest reason we chose to work of this company). Underpaid, and some employees are not given guarantees wage increases at 6 months and 1 year. Favoritism and Quid-Pro-Quo. Reporting leadership is a useless act, because nothing gets done. We just were awarded a union, so we are awaiting the end results.

Pros

HR is very friendly, I'd recommend connecting on LinkedIn before the phone screening. Then, during the interview process, be ready for technical questions. I was asked to walk through the functions of Excel. I didn't do a great job during the interview portion, so I didn't get the job. Overall process is laidback. Just prepare your answers beforehand.

Cons

No cons, but they just want to confirm that you know your stuff. So, preparing beforehand is always recommended.

Operationally complex, supervising over 40 people and making less than someone at a fast food restaurant
