      Pros

      Rewarding to see aircraft we work on leave safely after weeks of work. Tons of outdoors activities outside of work. The base has heated hangers and flexible time off. A lot of training and skills can be gained. Management is collectively here to help you.

      Cons

      Not many flight options out of Sawyer airport. Seniority based bids at a high seniority base. Biggest con people leave quickly and the why is unique for everyone.

      Pros

      HR is very friendly, I'd recommend connecting on LinkedIn before the phone screening. Then, during the interview process, be ready for technical questions. I was asked to walk through the functions of Excel. I didn't do a great job during the interview portion, so I didn't get the job. Overall process is laidback. Just prepare your answers beforehand.

      No cons, but they just want to confirm that you know your stuff. So, preparing beforehand is always recommended.
