You will work with contractors who have no clue about the IT products. Your IT leadership will trust unskilled contractors more than you. You will be virtually reporting to unskilled contractors. It leadership always ready to throw you under the bus. All above facts cause high attrition. To control attrition hr has included various penalties in offer letter. Starting with not vested 100% 401k till 3 years . Payback of all relocation charges . I was scared that they would also charge me for oxygen I breathed at their office at time of my separation. Some people wait to get free from all bonds and then resign and some cant take it and willing to pay fine and then resign. All snacks you get to eat for free of cost are basically coming from all such penalties coming from people who leave the company .
