I feel like there is no noticeable cons that made me feel uncomfortable during the whole internship

You will get paid by not doing anything and faffing during your weekly team calls

No growth, no accountability. The CEO just want to avoid responsibilities, let the entire company collapse, and live in a delusion that everything is going perfectly fine.
