Pros

The first level management is still good. No problems there. Pay is about average for the dental support. has 3 days in-office 2 days remote for now.

Cons

Most work is being sent to Costa Rica. Costa Rica management let slip to me that legacy large equipment and 2D would go down there like the other product lines. I expect they will get rid of more jobs in Quakertown. Envista ignores DEXIS and has badly messed up the DTX product line but push it forward. DEXIS no longer has any trained L1 and L2 support staff. The most senior has 3 years. Everyone from Alpharetta is gone and the practices know this. They are leaving DEXIS. Evista is propped up by a few very successful product lines and the rest are suffering. I expect the DEXIS division I worked for to be sold in the next few years and that means everyone in Quakertown will probably lose their jobs.
