They provide decent salary .

1. Poor work culture 2. Should have an experienced CTO 3. Management is Poor 4. There was always a nonsense discussion going on every corner of the office between management and CTO. 5. They are not sure what they are developing, They show few placeholder products but they are far away from building actual product 6. They don't pay in last month even after completing the notice period. 7. You will get nothing but unstructured code, imaginary timeline and bad work culture.

Supportive founders . . .

No clear objective/vision for the company. Just trying their luck here and there without any innovation. CTO gives very little attention on how to do something properly and changes the damn objective every 2 hours, everything happens verbally without proper documentation.
