Overall good experience - Environmental Analyst Envirosoft Employee Review

I loved the folks I worked with. I felt fully supported and appreciated during my internship. The environment made me feel motivated to continue challenging myself to learn a new aspect of the work to broaden my exposure. If I ever move back to Calgary, they will be my first call. I would 100% go back.

The nature of the work can be highly stressful at times (reporting season) and if you do not do well under pressure it would be very overwhelming.

-Working with clients is challenging but rewarding -Coworkers are great, work culture is good -Benefits are really good -OT pay out at 1.5x -Respectful of vacation and work-life balance, can take even month long vacations sometimes when not super busy -Company promotes from within usually and many people have evolved from analyst to more senior positions within a few years. -Pretty good raises every year, performance based -Hybrid / WFH 2 days a week, love not having to come into the office every day

- During busy season there can be some OT, but we get extra pay for it so it doesn't feel as bad
