stable, you have insurance, low expectations of work to be done. My female boss is amazing though
Cons
pay, suffocating bureaucracy, lack of care for the average person in reference to chemical exposure and cancer rates, good ole boys club make it hard to be taken seriously in the harder science subjects, feels stuck in the past and in need of total overhaul
