Pros
Good employees that generally work their very best, try their best, show good cooperation and team spirit. Unionized so generally better pay and benefits that most places (though that's changing)
Cons
Government of Canada disrespects its employees, reduces pay and benefits unilaterally, doesn't respect collective bargaining, permits bullying and harassment (quite prevalent), poor management, particularly of information.
