Disappointing - Anonymous employee Enverus Employee Review

Thank you for the input. All feedback that we receive is appreciated. We’re always learning from our employees past and present. We understand that with change comes uncertainty. With the changes over the past few years, we have aimed to communicate our strategy with transparency. However, we recognize that communication can always be improved. That said, we believe in our strategy and product roadmap and have a clear and defined plan for growth. It includes organic growth that comes through our existing solutions set and planned product roadmap and inorganic growth that comes through acquisitions. Both are important as we grow. We’re working hard to communicate that vision and encourage all of our employees to attend quarterly fireside chats, spotlight meetings which occur every three weeks, and strategy sessions which we have hosted in different locations to gain an understanding of the vision for the company and how employees might grow with us. We strive to offer an environment that is challenging, rewarding and fun, and many recognize the opportunities before them and seize the day for growth.
