Pros

Some talented colleagues Remote work flexibility (if applicable) Exposure to a range of technologies

Cons

No clear product vision — decisions are often made without real understanding of the product or codebase. Business performance is weak, and when things go south, employees are the first to be blamed or let go without warning. Leadership, including Engineering Heads, is disconnected from the actual tech — rarely involved in code or product direction. AI is used more as a buzzword than a practical tool. Unrealistic expectations like AI debugging and fixing everything without human input. Employees are treated as disposable — no long-term investment in people or culture.

Pros

- Opportunity to work directly with CEO & CTO to build solutions for large Fortune 500 companies. - Utilize the latest technology to build prototypes that then become part of the product - Team such as sales, marketing, and customer success, are always open to ideas and help from engineers. Engineers really have the ability to play a bigger role in the organization, if so desired. - Build the foundation layer of Entytle's platform and lay the groundwork for engineers to come. - Huge and incredibly underserved market. When listening to feedback from customers, you immediately get the feeling that the work you do is making a big impact. - The founders have a wide network of very accomplished individuals that they occasionally bring to the office to allow employees to learn more - Significant efforts are made to ensure employees are having fun and working together in a team

Cons

This isn't really a con, but some people may see it as one - Entytle expects every employee to work incredibly hard and that means really long days (think 12 to 14 hours) at times, and even weekends (rarely) if need be. Don't expect for this to be a regular 9 to 5 job. This is a company focused on execution and growth - in order to do so, hard work is incredibly important.
