-No diversity of thought or in leadership -Management says that want honest feedback on how they are doing but will consider you not a “team player” if you’re honest. -There are different set of rules for some employees (the men and/or the people that go to their church) than any other employees -Women are not given the same pay and opportunities as the men in the company -If you want to get promoted you have to either go to their church or be related to the CEO -They source most of their employees from their church and give them special treatment -No clear success markers for roles and management seems to continuously shift the goal post on what success looks like -Management has no issues with overloading some employees to make the work of their favorites easier
