      The process is simple. Great operation support.

      Cons

      They will send who they want to the better jobs. Favoritism. Every week there will be 1-2 afterhours on call and 1 weekend expected. Some get more than others... because of favoritism.

      They do not pay enough your are going to different locations and removing things and cutting into walls for 18 and hour that’s horrible
