      Pay was decent compared to similar agencies

      Cons

      Required RTO at least 3 days a week, but did not have a desk for me. They told me to work from the cafe area, but refused to allow me to work from home. Some very toxic people that treat everybody else horribly

      Pros

      - People are genuinely kind and pleasant to work with - Good pay - Good starting experience if you’re new to the pharmaceutical industry

      Cons

      - Extremely demanding workload with frequent after-hours expectations - Work-life balance is talked about more than it’s practiced - Job security is very low. Layoffs happen almost every year - The work itself can feel repetitive and unfulfilling - High stress for long periods with little reassurance of stability
